Zero-Waste!

Food waste is already a significant concern in the agricultural industry. At our microgreen farm we produce high-quality greens that enrich local chef's menus! However, like other perishable products, some microgreens may go bad before they can be sold. Instead of discarding these greens, we give them to our farm animals! Microgreens are rich in vitamins and minerals which can enhance not only the health of our farm animals, but the product derived from them as well!
